bellFace Performance Tool: Free Chrome Add-on for Memory Optimization
bellFace Performance Tool is a free Chrome add-on developed by bellface.inc.develop. This add-on aims to optimize memory usage by freeing up memory for tabs other than the active bellFace tab.
When the tool detects the launch of the bellFace web conferencing system, it automatically refreshes all tabs except for the bellFace tab with blank pages to release memory. The original pages are restored when they become active again.
One of the key features of this tool is the ability to exclude specific domains or URLs from the memory optimization process. Users can input specific domains or URLs (partial match) in the exclusion list within the add-on's icon menu. This allows users to prevent automatic memory release for certain websites while bellFace is active. The icon menu also provides an ON/OFF function, allowing users to temporarily disable the automatic memory optimization process.
It is important to note that in the event of an unexpected error or a forced shutdown of Chrome, a page with a text link saying "Return to the original page" may be displayed. Clicking on this link will redirect users back to the original page.
